Chris' first Fathers Day! Chris is amazing. It's hard to believe that Cade is already 7 weeks old! The last several weeks we've learned so much and the entire time Chris has had such a wonderful attitude. There is no one I can think of that has as much patience, kindness, and encouragement as he does. He really is a tremendous husband and father. Cade loves hanging out with Chris. Its fun to watch them together. His little face lights up when Chris plays with him. Cade coos and he cuddles. All those little smiles just warm our hearts.
For Father's Day, we had a little barbecue lunch with my dad and sister Pam, bro-in-law Jonathan, and our niece Hannah. It was a beautiful sunny day! Later in the afternoon we celebrated Chris' dad with a barbecue dinner at their house in Lake Oswego. Their house is on the lake and it was so nice outside that we decided to go for a ride on the boat. Our niece Lauren went tubing for the first time. We all had a great time.
